Once upon a time, I built a life that looked successful but didn’t feel safe.
I was chasing perfection, ignoring intuition, and calling it ambition.
Until my body (and my spirit) finally said no more!
So, I did what any self-respecting gay best friend with a flair for the dramatic would do…I burned it all down and rebuilt it with intention.
Now, I help others do the same. Not through hustle or “high vibes only,” but through nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep self-remembrance.
I teach you how to feel without falling apart, how to listen to your emotions instead of running from them, and how to live from alignment instead of anxiety.

Think of traditional alchemy. Turning lead into gold. Now imagine doing that with your emotions instead of metal. That’s emotional alchemy. It is the foundation of everything I do. It is not about fixing you. It is about helping you feel safe in your body, release what has been trapped inside you, and learn how to work with your emotions instead of fighting them.
I use a method I developed called The AuRic Method, utilizing the Four R’s: Regulate. Release. Refine. Rise. It sounds simple, but it is powerful as hell. We start with your nervous system so your body can finally relax. Then we move the old emotions out. Then we refine how you respond to life so you stop spiraling every time something bumps you. And then you rise into the version of you who is finally running the show instead of your triggers.
This is the backbone of all my work. Whether I am casting bones, reading tarot, guiding ritual, teaching inside Haus of Alchemy, or helping someone have a full emotional release on the sound bed, it all comes back to emotional alchemy. It is rooted, real, and honestly pretty life changing.And yes, sometimes we laugh, sometimes we cry, and sometimes both happen at once.
